Zendesk

Zendesk is Help Desk software in the cloud. It offers customizable tools to manage a customer service portal, a self-help page, and online communities. It also offers a front-end portal, chat functions and integration with tools such as Salesforce CRM or Google Analytics.




Jira Service Desk


Another Help Desk system currently available is the Jira Service Desk. It consists of bringing together developers, operational and support personnel under the same platform to respond immediately to customer requests.



Freshdesk

Offering multi-channel support, Freshdesk brings all customer conversations together in a centralized interface. This helps support agents address and resolve tickets effectively.



FreshService

Finally we have Freshservice. It is a cloud-based help desk and service management solution that simplifies IT operations. The software offers features including a ticket system, a self-service portal, and a knowledge base. The tool also provides a mobile application for iOS and Android that allows IT administrators to serve requests remotely.
